Boosting the immune system by foods is easy


Foods perform as an immune system booster. If you consume those foods, you can be able to help remain high in your immune system to combat certain infections. It's very important to eat different kinds of foods to ensure you get all the vitamins your body needs.

Broccoli: Broccoli is another vegetable which has a lot of vitamins and minerals. Broccoli is full of vitamins A, C, and E and many antioxidants, making it one of the healthiest vegetables you can find. 

 

Garlic: Garlic is found worldwide in foods. It adds flavor to food and is of great benefit to your health. It has been known for many years to combat infections.

 

Ginger: Like vitamin C, ginger is something people tend to use after getting a cold. What people don’t know is that ginger can stop you from getting a cold too.

 

Spinach: Spinach is another vegetables full of vitamin C which helps combat infection in the body. Like broccoli, cooking the spinach as little as you can is the best way to ensure that the nutrients are contained inside. This will add vitamin A to it, and remove oxalic acid.

 

Yogurt: Yogurts have lots of vitamin D. It is also known as an immunity booster.

 

Turmeric: Turmeric is a yellow, bitter spice which has been used in many curries. It has been used to keep down swelling in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis for many years. It's also just become known that the curcumin that gives its color to turmeric can help with exercise hurt muscles.

 

Papaya: Another fruit that contains vitamin C is papaya. One papaya has 224 percent of a day's vitamin C that you will get. Papaya has papain, a digestive enzyme that keeps down swelling in the body. It also has potassium, B vitamins which are good for your health.
